At MadeToGame, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


 


30-Day Return Window


You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible for a return:

    •    The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

    •    Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.


 


 Items That Cannot Be Returned


We cannot accept returns on:

    •    Items damaged by the customer

    •    Items marked “final sale”

    •    Digital products (eg; gift cards)


 


Return Process

    1.    Email us at support@madetogame.net with:

    •    Your order number

    •    The reason for the return

    •    Photos (if the product arrived damaged)

    2.    We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

    3.    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.


 


 Refunds

    •    Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method.

    •    Refunds usually appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

    •    If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason. 

 -We cannot provide a refund for any Digital products (eg; gift cards)


 


 Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item and place a new order.


 


 Shipping Costs

    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

    •    If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover the cost.


 

 Order Issues


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
