At MadeToGame, all orders are processed and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partners. Once your order is placed, it may take 1–3 business days to process before shipment. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. MadeToGame is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
